All calls received into this office will be referred to the listing agent of the first home mentioned on the phone. These calls will be considered office referrals and be logged and paid according to your split. Any calls when the agent has NOT developed a personal relationship with the caller before they call the office, the call will be treated as an office referral. These leads will have an agent pay out of 65%
Any referrals handed out that are not from agents listing will have a pay out of 60%

“Personals” are customers/clients whom the agent has developed a personal relationship before they call the office for the first time. The agent pay out is 75%

Listing appointments or buyers from calls on other office listings, phone book, walk-ins & any other non associated leads will be handed out in a round robin order. The Round Robin leads are treated as office generated referrals.60%
